What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, all required safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Each service type has unique inclusions — for example, sunset trips come with gourmet appetizers and special drinks, while corporate charters offer business-oriented facilities and catering services.
When should I secure my booking?
To ensure availability, we advise reserving your yacht at least 2–3 weeks beforehand, rising to 4–6 weeks in advance for private celebrations or corporate matters, especially during the high season which spans from May to September.
What if the weather is bad?
Our priority is your safety. In case of adverse weather conditions considered unsafe by our skipper, we can either reschedule to a more suitable date or offer a complete refund. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and we will inform you if there's any concern 24 hours prior to your departure.
May I bring personal food and drinks onboard?
Certainly, you may bring your own provisions. In addition, we provide personalized catering services that can be tailored to your tastes. Do note, glassware is not allowed onboard for safety.
Do you accommodate guests with accessibility needs?
We aim to welcome all individuals. Certain yachts are more accessible than others. Discuss your requirements with us at the time of booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and ensure the necessary arrangements are in place.
What is the policy on cancellations?
If you need to cancel 72 hours or more before your trip, we offer a total refund. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the charter are typically non-refundable, with exceptions for cancellations due to unsuitable weather or yacht malfunctions on our end.
